DTC Beauty Brand Social Media Selling

I am seeking a social media expert (freelancers only / no agencies) for monthly retainer who can effectively help drive sales our first-of-their-kind and exclusive skincare formulas to adults on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This person should have a proven track record in establishing social media sales links (ecomm brand sold on Shopify platform), social sales management, direct-to-consumer selling and an understanding of the beauty industry — particularly skincare products.

Key responsibilities would include:

- Initially Setting up links to brand market shop from our Social accounts/posts
- Identifying and engaging with our target audience across all platforms
- Brand will create draft posts, but look for freelancer to optimize, create links and help drive sales to posts and market place
- Optimizing strategies based on performance metrics.

Experience in social media sales and set up, and overall digital marketing, particularly within the skincare/beauty industry, is ideal. I look forward to meeting a passionate individual who can grow with our brand.
