German: DACH Region Freelancer Outreach Specialist (Admin-Focus, Lead-Based Payment)

We're looking for a freelancer outreach specialist to help us grow our expert network in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
✅ Your Mission:
Contact freelancers and lead them to register and post their services on my plattform.
Use LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter etc. to identify and message potential candidates
Encourage them to register and publish a service on our expert platform.
>> Ideal Candidate:
Fluent in German (or at least strong writing skills in German)
Strong communicator with experience in professional outreach
Familiar with freelancer communities and platforms
Self-motivated and result-oriented
This is a performance-based remote role – flexible and long-term if successful.
