Create a business FB/IG page and manage ads

I'm looking for someone experienced with Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads. I sell life insurance and need to get some leads from 25-60 year old customers looking for life insurance. The goal is to direct them to my website - www.family-insure.com , where they will submit their info. Getting my site to appear in google search results would also be helpful.
