Create a Social Media Campaign

I am looking for someone that can create a social media campaign (the plan and content) for our small business. We are an investigations agency located in Florida. We will be primarily using LinkedIn and Facebook. The campaign would need to reflect who we are as an agency and align with our core values. We would like to start with a 90 day campaign and expand from there, depending on need and discussions with freelancer. We are looking for a content plan AND actual content to post. We are open to having a freelancer do the posting as well, but that is not necessary.
