Content Management - Facebook & Instagram

Hello - my name is Jason Setzer, and I own Effinggear.com - a lifestyle apparel brand that has almost 19K Instagram followers, 550 twitter and 28K Facebook likes. I bought the company in October of '21, and even though we have a good social media following, there hasn't been much action/post/engagements in the past three years. We do have a Facebook ad campaign that is performing well and overall, we are improving our social media following and sales. I am looking for a content expert to post 3-5 times a week on FB/Insta that I would pay a small fee to do and then I would provide bonuses/commissions based on improved sales - not directly related to my other paid campaigns. This person would be very good at writing content, that is catchy and edgy like our brand.
