We are Ever Better Solutions (EBS) — a professional organization offering third-party audit, inspection, advisory, and training services in areas such as social compliance, technical compliance, environmental, security (C-TPAT), and sustainability.
We are looking for a freelancer or agency to help us establish and professionally manage our social media presence across key platforms.
Scope of Work:
1. LinkedIn (Company Page)
o Create/optimize company page with branding, banner, logo, and detailed description.
o Align design with our website (www.ebspvt.com).
o Suggest a content plan (2–4 posts/month).
2. Facebook (Company Page)
o Set up professional business page with full details, logo, and visuals.
o Connect with website and WhatsApp if needed.
o Suggest post ideas and engagement plan.
3. Google Business Profile
o Set up or optimize our Google profile for visibility in search and maps.
o Add logo, services, photos, and description.
4. YouTube Channel
o Create or optimize our channel with branding and description.
o Suggest how we can share professional/awareness videos.
5. Instagram (Company Page)
o Create business page aligned with our branding.
o Design initial 3–5 professional posts (can be static or carousel).
Deliverables:
• Professionally designed and fully configured pages for all 5 platforms.
• Consistent branding across all platforms (logo, color scheme, tagline).
• Optional: Content plan for the first 1–2 months.
