Community Manager & Designer for HR Company

I'm seeking a Community Manager and Designer to create monthly posts (posters) for my HR company. The focus will be on Facebook and Instagram.
- Main goal: The primary objective of these social media publications is to drive traffic to our website.
- Brand assets: I have a comprehensive brand style guide and all necessary brand assets that will need to be utilized.
Ideal candidates should possess:
- Proven experience in community management, particularly on Facebook and Instagram
- Strong design skills with a portfolio of previous work
- Ability to drive website traffic through engaging social media content
- Familiarity with HR industry will be a plus.
