Community-Focused Social Media Coordinator

I am looking for a Social Media Coordinator to help us create a social media presence. This person will focus on creating engaging content, manage the platforms and increase our online visibility to either our clients and potential clients, our work staff or both. Initial set-up, then some ongoing maintenance of maybe 1-3 hours per week.
