Clickfunnels Facebook Lead Duplication Fix -- 2

I'm currently facing an issue with my Clickfunnels lead tracking on Facebook. Recently, I've noticed that leads are being duplicated. This has been occurring within the past week and I haven't made any changes to my Clickfunnels settings.
