Casual and Ongoing Social Media Management

I run an art school/private studio and we host a lot of events. We're in Melbourne, and we have some competition so I need a social media star to work with us.
I need assistance with my Facebook and Instagram accounts. The primary goal is build our presence, and engage more with the community my business is in.
We work with kids and adults, our branding is colourful and fun. We want to market towards young people and families, and our demographic base is generally female.
I need:
- Content Creation: Regular text posts, images, and videos. Including promoting giveaways, local community engagement, and promoting collaborations.
- Event Planning: FB event creation + promoting events.
- Customer engagement: Regularly post content to keep the community engaged.
Looking for someone personable, experienced with building social media presence, and comfortable with Facebook and Instagram.
