CPA Facebook, Instagram, roller ads and adstera push ads marketing campaign

Please only reply to this project if you can answer the following questions?
Is it possible to set up Facebook and Instagram ads so we are only charged if there is a sale on our site?
Have you any knowledge of push notification cost per action advertising sites like roller ads and adstera?
Is it possible to start an advertising campaign using the above methods and only be charged per sale rather than cost per click?
We need someone if its possible to run such a campaign as outlined above for our nail technician courses geo targeted to the northwest of England focusing mainly on women aged 16-40 and if possible with an interest in beauty, nails and or fashion.
We would be looking for you to manage the ads and you would have access to the site chatbot (which will send you a message when someone is visiting the site) and the sales email address.
Your fee will be £50 a month plus commission from sales at £10 per £399 1:1 nail course sold and £20 per £320 group nail course, there will also be a commission structure yet to be decided on other products sold from our online store maybe in the region of 5%, but this amount has yet to be approved.
We currently offer training in the Liverpool region of the UK but we can also provide training in the Manchester region if its more convenient for the 1:1 class or if enough people (2+) sign up to a group class. Class dates can be negotiated with the client(s) as long as we have 3-4 weeks notice.
