Building a social media platform.

I am looking for someone who lives in Rochester, NY to help build my social media platform. My company is Salontechnologies.com. I have a salon management app called PSA ( Personal Salon Assistant ). I am looking to make 10 short user guide videos to post to YouTube, one for each function of the app. It will be like a walk through video showing hairstylists how to use the PSA app while giving them helpful information. Then post it to YouTube and connect it to all other social media platforms.
