We are expanding our digital services platform in Nigeria and are looking for freelancers who can create and grow local community groups (WhatsApp, Telegram, or Facebook,We would prefer WhatsApp).
Your Task
Create and manage groups with real and active local members.
Minimum group size: 50+ members.
Ensure members are authentic and active (no bots or fake accounts).
Encourage engagement and keep the group active.
Payment Structure
Group Quality Level Requirements Reward
Basic Small or low-quality group, less than 50 members, low activity $1–10 per group
Valid 50+ real and active members $10–200
High Quality 200–500 members, good engagement (daily discussions, reactions) $50–2,000
High Conversion Members show strong adoption of platform, join activities, or express clear interest Special bonuses based on results (Conversion rate is very important)
Exceptional 1,000+ active members, high influence, strong conversions, continuous growth Up to $20,000 (outside base contract, conversion rate is very important)
