What you’ll actually do
• Spot and approach specialists who could thrive as independent consultants on our platform.
• Explain the advantages of joining StrongBody: exposure to worldwide clients, AI-powered voice translation for seamless collaboration, and an income model that rewards expertise.
• Guide each new member step-by-step while they create a polished digital profile and publish their first service offering. I’ll provide structured training resources so you feel completely confident during onboarding conversations.
Acceptance criteria
• A clear sourcing plan focused on Facebook outreach submitted in the first 48 hours.
• At least five fully onboarded experts, each with an active service listing that meets our profile guidelines, within the first month.
• Continuous feedback loop—short weekly updates outlining successes, obstacles, and any additional training material you might need.
