I'm seeking an experienced social media manager for our vintage-style gift and homewares shop in Warwick, QLD. The goal is to grow local awareness and engagement on Facebook and Instagram.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing, maintaining, and rolling out a social media plan to drive improvements in online and in store sales.
- Creating and scheduling 2-3 product showcase posts per week using Meta Business Suite.
- Creating and scheduling posts in line with the social media plan.
- Drafting content (images, captions, hashtags) aligned with seasonal promotions.
- Collaborating closely with me for content approval.
Ideal candidate should have:
- Proven experience with small Australian businesses.
- Strong understanding of driving foot traffic and online sales.
- A creative yet practical approach, with a keen eye for vintage aesthetics.
