Boost my company on social media

Hi,
My name is Naomi and I live in the Netherlands. I design and sell baby cards and other products. I have a webshop online: www.mixed-babies.com

I've been trying to keep up with social media, but I find myself not being consistent enough to get the amount of engagement that I would like. Therefor I would like to start this project to find a social media specialist that can boost my social media, instagram (the same post van be shared on facebook.

What do I need?
- More real followers
- Create posts
- Post frequently (3 times a week)
- Get engagement (call to action ideas)
- Conversion / clicks to my webshop
- Must be in Dutch (I only sell in the Netherlands)
- Project time 4 weeks (at first to see if it works)
