Boost Linkedin Company Page Engagement

I run a small company and need to improve our LinkedIn company page's following. We currently have around 8 followers and haven't started posting yet. I'm open to both organic / un organic and paid strategies to increase our traction.

I'm looking for a professional who understands social media marketing and can help me build a strong presence on LinkedIn. This role will require a mix of strategic thinking, content creation and audience engagement. Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
