Book Promotion & Social Media Help

I am looking for someone who can do promotion for my self-published books on Amazon. Ideally, this person knows the Amazon terms of service and how to best promote books to get more reviews & sales. Also, you should be someone savvy with social media who can help set me up for getting better engagement on my accounts.
