Assist with social media ad campaigns

Need ongoing support for setting up and managing paid ad campaigns through Facebook. Must have proven experience with womens apparel, even better if you have worked with swimwear companies.
Looking to recommence ad campaigns first week of August. Budget listed is placeholder, ongoing agreement to be discussed.
