Ads manager training

I need someone who can walk-me through, step-by-step, setting up a Facebook ads campaign for lead generation/conversions. I only know the very basics, but need the walk-through with some follow up. I also need the same thing for google ads. I don’t want to watch any videos. I need in the moment guiding through the process.
