Activate instant articles monetisation on a facebook page

Hello everyone. I now own a facebook page that distributes articles in facebook groups. I want to be able to monetize them via instant articles. For now the site I run whose articles I distribute via the page works fine and the content is interesting, reaching normal traffic levels of up to 19k visitors although a more day to day number would be 5000-6000 visitors. However the facebook page has only 22 likes. I want someone who can help me turn on instant articles monetization
