Accessing and using my facebook account

I have two Facebook names. One site is very active but the other has not been used for a number of years. When I tried to get my fiver guy to upload a FB image page he was unable to do it. I have ID's ready in photo form. this is what FB is requesting. At the moment when I open one account the other one automatically opens. So What I need to to make the two pages separate from each other and be able to upload the FB image on the page I have not been using.

This is a job for a Facebook expert who has done this sort of thing before. It is not a big job for someone who knows what they are doing. I will give $30 Australian for the task to be performed. Please do not say you can do the job unless you are a Facebook expert. I will pay only for the successful completion of the job.
