OBS Project

Hello, I'm looking for a freelancer to help with an OBS project. I need the project to include custom alerts, with a focus on customization, for use on Facebook Live. The project may also require stream overlays and/or video transitions; these are not mandatory but I'd like to hear alternative solutions for achieving the desired effect.
The ideal person for this job will have a strong familiarity with OBS and Facebook Live (including API) and be able to provide references, samples, or a portfolio. I'm looking for someone with the ability to think beyond typical limitations in order to deliver the best end result.
We are looking to add a ticker to our OBS Streams that would broadcast severe weather alerts for a certain area.
