Need help with Facebook and instagram profile and business page

I am looking to refresh my Facebook and Instagram personal and business accounts and have them connected correctly. So that everything runs smoothly between all of them.
I am also needing to have them connected to Metricool.

So a quick DL I have all the accounts set up but in the business, meta stuff I am not sure if i did it right.
