Lost administrator access to my facebook page

I have recently created facebook page, today i was doing some setting from business facebook page and accidently lost admin access to my page. when i try to add again it says "Only people with full control of the Page can claim it into this business account.
I am trying to add it from the same account i created the page from.
Can you solve the problem Via Team Viewer?
