Fix Instagram-Facebook Cross-Posting

My business Instagram account refuses to link to its matching Facebook Page for automatic cross-posting. Each attempt inside Meta Business Suite, Facebook Page Settings, and the Instagram app ends in an “unknown error,” although the system sometimes hints at a possible “account restricted” issue. I have already tried the usual steps—removing and re-adding accounts, clearing cache, switching devices, updating apps, and checking all page roles—yet the connection still fails.
I need someone who knows Meta’s backend processes and can escalate to Instagram support if necessary. The goal is simple: the two accounts must connect without errors so that every post made on Instagram can publish to Facebook automatically (and vice-versa if possible).
