Fix Facebook Business Restriction

I need assistance with my Facebook business account, which has been restricted. I dont believe I actually violated any rules because I didnt use any automation. I believe the system mis-interpreted my multiple attempts to connect my IG account as automation. I couldnt remember my password and had a difficult time accessing through my laptop because the links to reset pass weren't working (always logged in via phone).

When I navigate to the page shown in the attachment there is no option to take action on this issue. I read through the help articles and seems like there should be a button/link to remedy and or appeal but I dont see anything listed on the page itself or when i expand the sections on this page for additional information.

Requirements:
