solve verification error on facebook business page -- 2

I have a business on Facebook, but I cannot get it verified. I think its stuck on verifying my email address. I cannot get the system to send me a verification link to the address it wants, the one used to create the business account, my main business email . I can get verification emails to send to other email addresses, but not my main business email address. I need someone who can find out why my Facebook business wont verify and solve that issue.
