I need a Facebook API developer

Hiya, We are working with a client who would like us to set up a Facebook API.

They want to track the FB campaigns (both boost and proper campaigns) and capture the behaviour on site, including conversions.

They want this to be set up at the business manager level rather than the ad account level.

We are looking for someone who can white label this work.
