WooCommerce Facebook Checkout URL Setup
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a WooCommerce-savvy developer to sort out one very specific issue: the checkout link that Facebook and Instagram generate for my Meta Shop must point to sammivoc.com/fb-checkout instead of the default WooCommerce endpoint. In practice, when a customer taps the “Checkout” button inside Facebook or Instagram, they should land on that custom page with the exact product they selected already in place, ready for payment.
Here is what is already clear on my side:
• WordPress and WooCommerce are fully installed and live.
• The shop is connected to Meta Commerce Manager and products are feeding correctly.
• I simply need the URL redirection logic handled—no changes to payment gateways for now.
Your job is to:
1. Configure the correct checkout URL within Facebook/Instagram so it targets sammivoc.com/fb-checkout.
2. Make sure the selected product (or multiple items) carries over and is pre-populated in the WooCommerce cart on that page.
3. Test the flow end-to-end to confirm the redirect triggers only after the customer chooses “Checkout” inside the app.
4. Hand me a brief note (or quick Loom/video) showing where you made the changes so I can replicate them in future.
If you’ve implemented Facebook Shop or Instagram Shop redirects for WooCommerce before and understand the quirks of Commerce Manager, pixel tracking and Catalog feeds, this should be quick. I’m ready to start as soon as you are.
