Meta Token & WABA Setup

I’m stuck inside Meta Business Manager and need an expert eye on two very specific items: a fresh System User Access Token and the matching WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) ID so I can finish a third-party integration.

My access level is fine—I can open Meta Business Suite, switch between assets and add people—but I’ve never generated a token before and I’m not sure which settings, roles or Graph API calls to use. The moment you step in I’d like you to:

• Create or configure the correct System User (if it isn’t already there).
• Generate a long-lived System User Access Token with the permissions required for messaging.
• Locate and confirm the exact WABA ID tied to the account.

I’m happy to screen-share or hand over temporary admin rights so you can do the work directly inside Business Manager, Facebook for Developers and the Graph API Explorer—whatever is fastest. When we’re done I simply need the token string and the WABA ID delivered back to me along with a quick note on how to refresh the token in the future.
