Meta App Configuration and Review Support

Project Title: Meta (Facebook) App Permission Setup, OAuth Integration & App Review for CRM Dashboard
Project Overview
I have already created a Facebook App via Meta for Developers. The app is intended to power a CRM dashboard for my users, allowing them to log in with Facebook, connect their Facebook Pages, and fetch leads from Facebook Lead Ads directly into the CRM.
The core CRM system is built and working. The Facebook App is also set up on the Meta Developers portal, but I need help with the following:
- Setting up and requesting all necessary permissions (leads, pages management, etc.) from Meta.
- Implementing and configuring Facebook OAuth Login (front and backend if needed in my stack).
- Ensuring smooth retrieval of leads and Pages data for authenticated users (testable end-to-end in the CRM).
- Creating the permission request flow for Meta App Review, including demo/test flows, permissions explanations, videos/screenshots if required.
- Supporting until the app is reviewed and approved by Meta, and the app can go Live for all users.
What Is Already Done
- CRM platform is working, with a module ready for Leads.
- Meta (Facebook) App is already created in the developer portal.
- Basic Facebook Login product has been added to the app.
What I Need From You
1. Permissions & App Review Preparation
- Identify the exact permissions required: e.g., `leads_retrieval`, `pages_show_list`, `pages_read_engagement`, and any others needed for my use case.
- Configure the app to request these permissions (including in the OAuth login flow).
2. OAuth Integration
- Setup/configure secure Facebook OAuth authentication, redirect URI(s), and token handling to link user CRM accounts to their Facebook accounts.
3. Leads & Page Retrieval
- Implement functionality to:
- List the Facebook pages the user manages (on the CRM dashboard).
- Fetch leads from chosen Facebook Lead Ads forms into the CRM.
- Handle common scenarios: no pages, multiple pages, permission errors, etc.
4. App Review Submission
- Guide and execute the App Review process on Meta:
- Prepare justification/descriptions for each permission.
- Record and upload required walkthrough videos/screenshots for each use case.
- Prepare test/demonstration user accounts (both Facebook test users and CRM login credentials).
- Document sample test instructions for Meta reviewers.
- Address any feedback or required changes from Meta to get the app approved and live.
Deliverables
- Fully configured Meta for Developers app, ready and approved for production (Live status), including all required permissions.
- Working CRM OAuth integration, documentation of setup, and user flows.
- Documentation: steps carried out, permissions used, and how the system works for future reference.
- Any code/config changes submitted as pull request or patch depending on stack.
Additional Info
- CRM is already working and will be available for integration and testing.
- You do NOT need to build the CRM or Facebook App from scratch—just permissions, APIs, and review management.
- You’ll have access to the Meta Developer portal/app, CRM codebase, and test environments.
