Improving Facebook Ad Library API

We're a Brand Management company, working on a sprint to more efficiently manage Facebook data input and output. Please note we do NOT need help in managing FB ads. Instead, we detect our clients' product images that scammers post to FB, and file takedown requests due to copyright infringement violations. We're looking for a programmer to assist our CTO in cleaning up our current code, and adding several more features. We intend to first pay by the hour so both parties can fully understand the scope of the project, then evolve to a mutually-agreed price per project.
