Help configuring Facebook App

Facebook is a mess.
I have a Facebook App that is used to post to our own FB page and works fine, however I cannot figure out how to give it permission to post to our other FB pages. I've Googled the issue to death and nothing works. I need someone who is a proper expert at FB apps/permissions/API, to diagnose what is going wrong. For the right person this will probably take 5 minutes to complete.
