Facebook Product Batch API Integration Help

Using the catalog batch api, we're attempting to automate the process of posting product items to Facebook's catalog. We constructed a catalog and used the /catalog id/batch endpoint to successfully push products from our database into the catalog. We want to send localization updates for each product in the catalog created with /catalog id/localized items batch, however the API call limits of 200 requests per user hourly are causing us problems. In our system, we have over a thousand items and roughly 23 localization countries. We require the assistance of a Facebook marketing API expert who can give us a solution to this issue.
