Facebook Post Scheduler Automation

I’m looking for a reliable way to automate posting on my Facebook page so I can line up content once a week and let the system do the rest. The focus is strictly on publishing—no message handling or analytics—just getting my text updates and accompanying images onto the page at the exact times I set.
Here’s what I need:
• A script, app, or workflow (Python, Node, Meta’s Graph API, or a no-code service like Zapier/Integromat—whichever you’re most comfortable with) that lets me upload a batch of captions and image files, choose dates/times, and have them publish automatically.
• A simple interface or config file where I can add/edit future posts without touching the code each time.

Acceptance criteria:
