Facebook & Instagram API Setup — Connect Messenger, Comments & Webhooks to Existing SaaS Platform

Job Description:
I have a working SaaS chatbot platform (FastAPI backend + custom dashboard) that is already integrated with WhatsApp. I need an experienced Meta developer to configure and connect the Facebook/Instagram channels.
The backend webhook is already built and ready. Your job is only the Facebook App configuration side.
What needs to be done:
Create or configure a Facebook Developer App (Business type)
Add and configure Messenger product
Set up Webhooks with our provided Callback URL and Verify Token
Subscribe to the correct webhook fields: messages, messaging_postbacks, feed, comments
Generate a Page Access Token and verify it works with our system
Connect the Facebook Page to its linked Instagram Business Account so Instagram DMs and comments flow through the same webhook
Test all 4 channels end-to-end:
Facebook Messenger DMs ✅
Facebook Page comments (auto-reply) ✅
Instagram DMs ✅
Instagram comments (auto-reply) ✅
Assist with going through Meta App Review if required for live/production mode
What I already have:
Live server with the webhook endpoint deployed and working
Dashboard with a field to enter the Page Access Token
Webhook URL and Verify Token ready to paste

Experience getting apps through Meta App Review (preferred)

Note for applicants: Please mention in your proposal which Meta platforms you have configured before and share any relevant examples. Preference given to freelancers who have done this at least 2–3 times.
