Facebook App With Full Permissions

I need immediate access to a Facebook app that already sailed through Meta’s review and carries every major permission—user data access, page management, and ads management—so I can skip the long submission cycle and get straight to integration.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• You add my Business Manager and test accounts as admins/testers so I can call the Graph API right away.
• The app must show “Approved” for all three scopes inside App Dashboard.
• You provide the App ID, secret, and a quick walkthrough of any rate-limit or policy constraints you have encountered so far.

Once I confirm the permissions work from my end—simple test calls to /me, /{page-id}, and /act_{ad-account-id}—the milestone is complete.
