Facebook Ads API Expert Needed

We are looking to set up the following:
1) Create FB App for getting token
2) Write API code to get data from FB (only pulling Network, Spend - daily) into a Google Sheet from API.
It will refresh every 6 hours.
We will set this up for 1 Ad Accounts.
If this project goes well, we have other API integration tasks as well. But let's start with just this one.
