Facebook Account Recovery Assistance

My Facebook account has been disabled for the past 6 months due to being hacked twice and despite my attempts at resolving this via Facebook's account recovery process, there has been no success, nor have i had any responses from the many attempts made to contact facebook or meta. I am the only admin on my linked business page and have lost access and a lot of reach to my business community without this page. I was originally hacked in December where i received an email notifaction that a sign in had been made in another country to whoch i selected it was not me. The only notable differences made to my page were the profile picture changed to Meta logo as well as the cover photo. I was able to regain access through the facebook recovery and changed all passwords etc, only for it to happen agaij a week later resulting in the disabled account. Only on login attempts am I notified that the account is disabled, and i am no longer eligible to submit any reviews through facebook. no detailed reasoning is provided as to why being disabled even though this is the first time ive been hacked in 15yrs nor have i ever breached any Facebook community standards. I need an expert who can:

- Investigate the reason behind the account's disabling (If discernable)
- Guide me through or directly handle the recovery process (if permissible under Facebook terms)
