FB App Authorization

I have a facebook app which requires authorizaton for access_token,page_id, user_token so that it can manage posts ,read and reply facebook posts and also coomunicate via messenger. We need someone to build the authorization flow and save the informations to the database, so that we can use the token to communicate with the page
