I want to run a facebook Ad Campaign.

I am a sole trader in the wedding industry (Celebrant). Sadly, the last two Sydney based agencies took my money but did not produce the goods. So my budget is very small at this stage. I would like to work with someone who has a feel for the wedding industry and my business (https://www.viviennecelebrant.com.au/).I hope my avatar can be assessed from my website look and feel. I have not received any of the promised reports from the last Agency and have no info to pass on but have a Google Business profile.
