I'm looking for a Facebook Ad expert to join my team

I am the owner of a growing Marketing Agency, and I'm looking for a Facebook Ad expert to join my team to help me implement and manage client campaigns.

Currently, the work required is minimal and ad-hoc. However, as trust and my business grow, so will the work.
Most work will be assigned in advance. Other times it will be provided with a 1-2 day turnaround requirement (not including weekends), so availability and responsiveness are essential.

You must have high attention to detail and complete work accurately and without supervision.

You can understand Facebook data and use your experience to notice potential issues and opportunities.

The role will be a combination of audience creation, ad setup, optimising and reporting.

Communication and project assigning is via Asana.

The role will look like this:
- Facebook ad campaign set up and maintenance
- Can identify typos and take the initiative to fix it
- Can offer suggestions for creatives and other campaign improvements
- Maintain your knowledge of Facebook Advertising tools, updates and changes
- Understanding of Facebook Ads Manager dashboard
- Draft basic ad copy from the client source material
- Use Canva to design creatives that align with client branding
