What You’ll Be Doing
Plan, launch, and optimize Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns focused on lead generation
Build and test high-converting creatives (UGC, before/after, offer-based ads)
Set up and optimize:
Lead forms
Landing pages (optional but a plus)
Retargeting campaigns
Continuously improve:
Cost per lead (CPL)
Lead quality
Conversion rates
Work closely with our team to align campaigns with local service markets
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience running Meta Ads for service-based or blue-collar businesses
Strong understanding of:
Local targeting strategies
Offer creation (discounts, urgency, promos)
Lead generation funnels
Ability to read data and make decisions fast
Experience with:
CRM integrations (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Copywriting for direct response ads
You’re proactive, communicative, and results-obsessed
