Targeting expert/teacher needed

I am a freelancer myself and have finished targeting courses but I feel I still have much to learn.
I would like to work with a person who knows everything about Facebook Business Manager and Ad Manager, who can teach me step-by-step during ongoing projects.
I need a communicative and patient person.
We can work on hourly paid basis
