Social Media Ad Expert for Product Launch

I'm looking for a Facebook and Instagram Ads expert to launch an Ads campaign for my new product that we are launching on 29th Sep 25. I would prefer the Ads to launch on 29th Sep 2025. Website will be completed by 25th Sep 25.
I have set up a new IG and FB page for this.

I need you to help create the image ad copy and run the ads. We will run the Ad on a monthly basis. Frist week our budget will be SGD100, we will review the campaign on weekly basis and set up a new budget for the campaign on a weekly basis.
Ads Target location: United States, USA, to begin with, then we will have campaigns running for other countries. Different Ads for multiple countries. We will discuss this later after the 2nd month campaign.
The Ad campaign will go to a landing funnel page developed on GHL GoHighLevel. Where the user will make a payment and buy the offer right away. I will show you the landing page on 25th Sep after it's ready. I would need your help to track the ads performance metrics and discuss this on weekly meeting with me so we can make the ads give is better results.
If you do a good job. I want these ads to run every day throughout the year. So we will renew your contract on a biweekly basis (every 2 weeks for 2-3 months). So send me your quote for 2 weeks' work. After 3 months, we will engage with you on a monthly basis.
