Senior Meta Ads Expert Required for loansathi.in (5+ Years Experience) – Hourly Basis with Daily Meetings

We are looking for a highly experienced and full expert Meta Ads Specialist for
loansathi.in who has a minimum of 5+ years of real, hands-on experience in
Facebook & Instagram Advertising.
loansathi.in is a growing platform, and we require an expert who has successfully
scaled and expanded multiple businesses or brands using Meta Ads.
This is an hourly-based project. The expert must be available during proper
working hours and attend daily meetings via Zoom / Google Meet.
The main goal of this project is not only execution but also learning.
The selected freelancer must create ads while explaining each step clearly
through live working and screen sharing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute complete Meta Ads strategies (basic to advanced)
- Create high-converting ad creatives and ad copies for loansathi.in
- Perform audience research, custom audiences & lookalike audiences
- Set up campaigns with live explanation
- Attend daily meetings and performance discussions
- Optimize, test, and scale ad campaigns
- Help grow and expand loansathi.in profitably through Meta Ads
Requirements (Strict):
- Minimum 5+ years of proven Meta Ads experience
- Deep knowledge of all Facebook & Instagram ad objectives
- Proven record of scaling multiple ad accounts
- Strong expertise in targeting, retargeting, and budget scaling
- Availability for daily working hours and daily meetings
- Must have a teaching mindset (explain while working)
