Seeking Creative Director for English Ads

Background:
We need a Creative Director who will own all English video and image ad creatives, from idea to performance.


Role Overview

You will be fully responsible for the performance and quality of all English-language Facebook Ads. You’ll monitor results, direct video editors and graphic designers, give feedback, and continuously push creative output forward.

This role combines creative direction, ad performance analysis, and content management.


Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring

Review daily ad performance (hook rate, CTR, thruplay %, ROAS).

Identify winners, scale them, and cut or iterate on losers.

Creative Strategy & Research

Develop new ad concepts and hooks based on research of competitors, market trends, and customer psychology.

Write briefs for creators, editors, and designers.

Feedback & Quality Control

Provide clear feedback on video ads to video editors.

Provide clear feedback on image ads to graphic designers.

Ensure all content is engaging, compliant, and on-brand.

Creator Communication

Work with external creators on Billo, Instagram, and Twitter.

Provide them with directions, feedback, and creative briefs.

Performance Ownership

Be accountable for results: CTR, hook rate, thruplay %, and ROAS.

Deliver weekly reports with actionable recommendations.


Qualifications

Proven experience in direct-response video ads (Facebook/Instagram/TikTok).

Strong knowledge of ad metrics (CTR, hook rate, thruplay, ROAS).

Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).

Experience working with video editors and graphic designers.

Ability to write scripts, hooks, and creative outlines.

Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.


Compensation & Growth

Base Salary: $1,000 USD/month fixed.

Performance Bonus: $50 per ad that spends $500+ at 1.5 ROAS or higher.

Capped at $500/month initially.

Cap will be re-evaluated based on consistent performance.

Long-term role with growth potential into higher creative leadership.
