We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Expert who has previously worked with Kurti Sets / Women Ethnic Wear brands and already possesses relevant audience data that can be utilized for building targeted ad campaigns.

ViralCrafts.in is an emerging ethnic women's fashion brand focused on high-quality Kurti Sets designed for modern Indian women. Our goal is to scale rapidly through performance-driven advertising and strong ROI-based marketing strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience running high-ROAS ads specifically for:
Kurti Sets / Women’s Ethnic Wear / Apparel E-commerce
D2C fashion brands
Ability to provide and utilize existing audience data (Lookalike Audience, Retargeting lists, Custom audiences, Interest clusters, etc.)
Strong understanding of:
Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram)
A/B testing for creatives and copy
Funnel building for conversions
Budget optimization & scaling strategies
Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce ads setup and tracking (Pixel, Events, CAPI)
Ability to deliver measurable results with High ROAS & Low CPA
Knowledge of creating and managing campaigns for:
Purchase conversion ads
Catalog sales
Dynamic remarketing
Video & UGC ad formats
Responsibilities
Set up and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook & Instagram
Use audience data to build powerful custom and lookalike audiences
Create, analyze, and scale campaigns that deliver strong ROI
Monitor performance and share detailed weekly reports
Suggest creatives, hooks, and strategies to scale revenue
