Run dropshipping store and ads

I am looking for someone to run a dropshipping store and ads for me on my ecommerce platform, Shopify. I am selling a variety of products, not limited to clothing and apparel or electronics. My target audience is all age groups, so I need someone who is familiar with running campaigns and ads targeting all ages. I need someone who is familiar with Shopify and can utilize it efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience running successful dropshipping stores and ads on Shopify, as well as understanding how to capture and engage potential customers of all ages.
